Summary Oversee the proper storage of keys for vehicles parked in the Garage. Maintain accurate records of overnight vehicles. Essential duties and responsibilities
- Maintain physical key storage log.
- Coordinate information logged in computer system.
- Distribute keys to Guest Services staff accordingly.
- Ensures appropriate parking billing.
- Communicates efficiently to Door staff, Hostess and Supervisors.
- Answer phones on a timely manner adhering to phone etiquette standards.
- Maintain clean and organized area.
- Conduct board checks that include matching files, tickets and sets of keys, accurate and complete information, deleted records, etc.
- Maintain confidential any guest information.
- Secure the key storage area.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Math Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with situations involving several concrete variables in standardized scenarios. Certificates and Licenses:Colorado Driver’s License required.
